James Hacker is a chef and caterer and has owned two restaurants. The White Bear Cafe a very well reviewed 90 seat breakfast and lunch cafe with specialties like Black Tie Chili and Baby Currant Scones, located in Berkeley, California. DELISH Deli and Catering, located in Deephaven, Minnesota became renowned for the Curry Chicken Salad, Thai Leaf Wraps and Butterfinger Brownies. James was also a saute chef for Restaurants Unlimited, Inc. In addition he operated the in house food service for MLT Vacations World Headquarters, employing 800 people.
